SEVA IGNITE Summer Mindset and Resilience Bootcamp

July 2026

SEVA IGNITE is a transformative 7-day mindset and resilience initiative designed to equip youth with the critical emotional tools that traditional education leaves out. Rooted in growth-mindset psychology, this intensive program shifts participants away from self-limiting beliefs by teaching them to reframe failure, manage high-stakes stress, and view challenges as opportunities for brain growth. Through an immersive, experiential curriculum rather than passive lectures, children physically test and develop their own cognitive adaptability. Heavily subsidized to ensure community accessibility, SEVA IGNITE instills lifelong resilience, empowering the next generation to break boundaries and confidently face an ever-changing world.

ISSIAxSEVA Creative Writing Competition

December 2025 - June 2026

In an impactful collaboration with ISSIA HK, SEVA Charity hosted a youth-led international Creative Writing Competition designed to amplify young voices and spark meaningful dialogue on pressing global challenges. The initiative invited students across Hong Kong to channel their perspectives on critical issues like climate change, social justice, and the digital revolution into powerful narratives centered around the past, present, and future. To maximize the initiative's reach and give participants a premier platform, we partnered with Young Post, offering winning writers the prestigious opportunity to publish their work and share their visions for global change with thousands of readers. By fostering critical thinking and creative expression, this project successfully empowered the next generation to drive global awareness directly from the heart.

Tech-Literacy Workshops For The Elderly

On-going

This project delivered educational workshops to improve technology skills for underprivileged senior citizens in Hong Kong. Focusing on practical topics such as basic internet use, digital financial literacy, cybersecurity, and accessing online health services, the program offered a clear, bilingual curriculum in Cantonese and English.

With the support of trained volunteers and detailed instructional pamphlets for each topic, the workshops helped seniors keep up with rapid technological changes. By gaining these essential skills, many participants became more confident using digital services independently, which helped them stay connected and access important resources. As a key part of ‘SEVA,’ this initiative reflects our dedication to meaningful education and encouraging youth involvement in addressing real community needs.
